PRIVATE PARTIES CAN BE SCHEDULED for anytime there are all the tickets available for a regularly scheduled show date/time. If you would like to reserve a private time in advance, a corporate team builder, or at a time not listed on our schedule, please e-mail email@example.com to request your own show. If there is a time slot available, you can also purchase all the tickets to ensure a private party.

PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH GROUPON OR GOLDSTAR? Goldstar: Forward your confirmation email/PDF ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and time that you would like to redeem your ticket(s). Groupon: Use the voucher code on your Groupon in the promo code space when you are purchasing tickets.
TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Reschedules made 72-24 hours before your originally scheduled show time are subject to a $10 per ticket rescheduling fee. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a no-show and no reschedules will be permitted. Email email@example.com to reschedule or for additional questions.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND Trapped in a Room with a Zombie for women who are pregnant, or children under the age of 8 years old. INFANTS will not be allowed into Trapped; zombies don’t like baby food. Both The Villain’s Hideout and The Crash are less physically intense experiences which may be better for pregnant women.
We DO NOT ALLOW wearing high heels to Trapped in a Room with a Zombie. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND wearing flat, closed-toe shoes or bringing a change of comfortable footwear with you. We recommend comfortable clothing in all of the escapes as you will be encourages to move around and search everywhere for clues.
DO NOT USE THE SAFARI BROWSER WHEN BUYING TICKETS. The ticketing platform has known issues on Safari, the default browser on iPad and iPhone. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead.
